The Workshop titled, “Repositioning the Labour Administration System for Effective Socio-Economic Development in Nigeria” was packaged by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment to examine the current challenges and prospects of Trade Union Administration in the country.
The program reviewed ways in which the National Industrial Court (NIC) has been able to ensure industrial harmony in the country despite the challenges over its jurisdiction on some cases.
It equally explored the use of social dialogue and collective bargaining as tools for shaping the future of work in the country.
