The Industri-ALL Global Union Sub-Saharan Africa Regional office convened a three-day meeting in Lagos, Nigeria, from 9 to 11 July 2024. The main focus of the gathering was organising workers, with particular attention given to the Dangote Group and particularly the Refinery and Petrochemicals division.
This event brought together senior officers from eight Nigerian affiliates, including Presidents and General Secretaries:

During the event participants extensively deliberated on the effective strategies for organising in the swiftly changing workplace environment.
