On this special day, on behalf of the CWC and NEC of our amiable Association, I celebrate the National Chairperson of the PENGASSAN Women Commission - Com. Engr. Ada Mbanaso, her leadership team, all female NEC members and indeed all our incredible women who continue to play a vital role in strengthening our Association and shaping the future of our nation.

Your strength and consistent dedication to duty and fairness are the pillars upon which we build a stronger, more equitable society for everyone.

Despite the challenges—whether in the home-front, workplace, in leadership, or in the fight for better working conditions, you have remained reliable. You have grown steadily and have been excellent ambassadors of our Association.

Today, we celebrate you—the women who stand tall in the face of adversity, who uplift others, and who champion the cause of labour rights and social justice. Your impact is undeniable, and your contributions will forever be appreciated.

As we mark this International Women’s Day, let us reaffirm our commitment to accelerate action on gender equity, workplace fairness, and representation of women in leadership. The future is bright, and with your continued efforts, PENGASSAN will remain a formidable force for good.
