Though with the efforts made by our heroes past, we have made little progress in the country since our return to democracy in 1999, we definitely have a long way to go to achieve a greater nation and good governance.
The country certainly should be more prosperous given the abundant human and natural resources available to us.
It is our hope that as the Nation celebrates today, we all take time to reflect on where we are coming from to understand where we ought to be and where are going to.
